Hello, I have recently bought a 2006 VW new beetle.  I have done the following engine repair work:

brake vacuum pump
secondary air intake valve

I have ordered another esp sensor, part number. 1J0-907-655-A.  This part is the abs module that is responsible for traction control

It is my understanding that I will need to program this part once I have installed it.  Does anybody have any suggestions as far as the programming is concerned.

I have contacted Tom Wood VW on 96th st and they have said in order to program that it will cost anywhere from $65 - $130.  I have also done some research regarding the programming and found that I would be able to do this with Ross-Tech and after looking into it, the cable I would need is $200 which is good for three separate VIN.

Does anybody have a suggestion as far as getting this programmed at the lowest cost the proper way?

Thank you for all help!
